OUR HISTORY

In 1972, the first restaurant was created with a simple Formula Menu: choice of two salads, meat, chicken, or tuna accompanied with fries or mashed Potatoes. The success was immediate and is still there. In 1998, the brand “RELAIS DE PARIS®️” and “SAUCE ORIGINALE RELAIS DE PARIS®️” were registered. The brand developed in Lebanon and France. Today, RELAIS GROUPE is present in 26 countries and intends to conquer new markets, in Catering and Delivery.

RELAIS FORMULA

The Relais Formula contains a green salad as a starter, an entrecote or a Minced Chicken Filet or Red Tuna Pavé. The main course is accompanied by your choice of homemade Fries and Matchsticks, at will, or Mashed Potato or Gratin Dauphinois or Sautéed vegetables. The Children's Menu is made up of a beef Hamburger, homemade French Fries and a Chocolate Mousse.

SAUCE ORIGINALE RELAIS DE PARIS®️

In the 1930s in Switzerland, a chef created a sauce, which, revisited and improved by our chefs, became one of the emblematic recipes of the Relais de Paris. By mixing spices, herbs and tinted wedding rings exoticism, the SAUCE ORIGINALE RELAIS DE PARIS®️ was an immediate success which continues to this day. The magical alchemy of this formula is one of the ingredients of Success story of our Group. The SAUCE ORIGINALE RELAIS DE PARIS®️, awakening your taste buds, creates a refined, tasty and memorable experience. This gradually diffuses its delicious and sweet scent in the palate over the course of an afternoon or an evening. This combination is the favorite of our guests. Seduced, they come back, even several times a week to enjoy this formula again. Today, SAUCE ORIGINALE RELAIS DE PARIS®️ is distributed in 26 Countries, in our restaurants and BEEFBARS.

SIGNED RELAIS DE PARIS

Inspired by the 1900s, the Brasseries Relais de Paris, defend a poetic and elegant imagery, an ode to French heritage. The places lend themselves to the experience that our chefs offer, focused on authenticity. The specific decoration of restaurants is a combination of floors in wood and black & white checkered mosaics, wood paneling, golden sconces, brown curtains, posters or framed black & white photos and 1900 Bistro-style furniture. Toulouse Lautrec-inspired tables, or white tablecloths.... In Marbella, Tangier, or Essaouira, this historic style indulges in the sounds of the waves. The terraces are endowed there, in fact, with a breathtaking view of the sea, which, at sunset, bursts with its golden reflections. Everything invites you to a joyful and relaxed party, under the watchful eye of an attentive and enthusiastic staff. Our table will forever remain a place of happiness, well-being and sharing. It is suitable for various occasions, both for lunch and for dinner with a more subdued atmosphere, in order to satisfy the desires of a demanding and international clientele.
